Merlin's Realm Workload and Wait times

All retail orders have been crafted. We are finally caught up with retail. Orders are expected to ship within 1 week. Haazaa! :)  

Woohoo! It has been a busy season. We are still backed up, however we are now making some headway and will be clearing up some orders. I'm working to have a faster email response time, I'm very sorry about the delays. I have put a hold on all new copper healing wands and energy amulets. Copper pyramids have just become discontinued. Current status: Retail orders: 17......... (Worked through the night and made it 8 now :) who needs sleep, not this wizard! ) Oldest being 7 weeks old. We still have 4 orders that were placed in July.  Wholesale Orders: 8...Oldest placed in JuneApprox 400...

Wait time: Short answer: somewhere between 1 week and 1 month.   Long answer: Wow, we are busy...slammed.....buried, I'm going to go with "buried" with orders. Retail: 16 orders: Shipped 0 today. 6 of those orders were placed in July.  Wholesale orders: 6... or was it 7. Packed up 50 wands today for Flagstaff AZ. Shipped 0 orders. 1 new wholesale order came in today. Wood shop: Spent 30 minutes sanding wand blanks. We are down to 13 blanks left, with 150 needed for orders. New possible wood shop employee did not come in today. Administration: Paid the unemployment insurance...

Short Story: Super busy, expect delays. Oldest order is 7 weeks old (custom copper wand). If you need your order by a specific date, please email us. Pyramids, amulets and custom copper wands can expect around 3-5 weeks before they are shipped.  Long story: First off, I want to say, Thank You, Thank You, Thank You. Orders in que to be made/shipped : 9 We are working hard but a good amount of our order are for custom wands and amulets, these both take a good amount of time to make, so we are a little behind.
