Many of the designs, concepts, instructions and physical products are produced by our resident wizard Merlin of Manitou (Casey Bopp). We stand behind the quality of all of our products, many items we sell include detailed instructions about the product and its usage. We want you to have access to real old world quality items, products that real wizards and real light workers would be happy to use. We don't sell any plastic magic wands or items. We offer real magic wands for sale.

 

Tree Planting: Thanks to our wonderful customers and their support, Merlin's Realm has 1 tree planted for every day we stay in business. (Using tree planting companies such as American Forests.) As of Oct 2020 we have had over 3500 trees planted.

The original Crafter/Wizard:

I am know as both Casey Bopp and Merlin of Manitou. I started making magic wands in 1988 and picked up wire-wrapping in 1992. In 2003 I started Merlin's Realm, at the time I was the only one who was designing the catalog, designing and building the website, crafting wands, wire-wrapping pendants and amulets, designing new products, answering email/phones, packing/shipping orders and running the retail store .

Since we opened we have fluctuated between 2 and 6 employees depending on the years demand (and whether or not a magical movie was released that year).

 

There are a few wire-wrapped items only I can make. Because of this these items tend to take longer to arrive than other products we offer. Such items as, custom copper wands, copper amulets, copper pyramids, and other odd items we create just for you.

 

We are a small company and many items we sell we craft ourselves, if your item is sitting on the shelf we will do our best to get it shipped within a couple of days, but if we need to craft your item and we have others orders placed before yours it may take us 1 - 2 weeks crafting time (up to 4 weeks when we are really slammed). But, we are willing to work with you, if you need your order by a specific date please let us know.

We are here to support our wonderful planet, as of Oct 2010 we will have 1 tree planted for every day we are in business (30 per month). We print on recycled paper whenever possible, we recycle whatever we can, and often use recycled products for packing.
