If you are contacting about an order, please know that many of the items we offer are made in-house. We do our best to have all products pre-made so that they ship quickly when you order, however during summer, Christmas and random busy seasons we tend to be a bit backed up. During these times we will work hard to get your order crafted and shipped as quick as possible. If you need your order by a specific date please email us and let us know (hopefully at least 1 week in advance).
