Our First Customer Policy is:
If we make a mistake, we will fix it, or refund your money.
If this is the case, please email us so we can do what we can to fix your issue.
- We cheerfully accept returns within 30 days of when you received your order.
- You must email us letting us know that you are returning an item.
- We do not accept returns on custom items (including custom copper wands), used sage, used incense, used spell kits or used wizard kits.
- Items returned must be in resellable condition, with the exception of amulets. Amulets can be returned within 30 days of receiving item, for any reason, even if they are used.
- Refunds are processed once we receive the returned item or items, except in rare cases we do not refund shipping charges. Refunds are usually refunded directly through the payment processor.

Broken Package Policy:
If you received your item and it was broken, please take a photo of the package and item and email it to us. We will do what we can to get your items delivered safely to you.
We Care Policy:
We are a small group of artists and energy practitioners, we are people, just like you. We will communicate and work with you like a human being (rather than a wallet). If you have any issues or concerns please let us know, we will do everything we can to resolve your issue.
If you're not happy, we're not happy.
