Balance: Perfect when held a little forward from the handle (this was intended). Perfect balance should fall slowly forward, making the wand an effortless extension of your body.

Jatoba Wood: Strength, vitality, cleansing, protection, and endurance.

Jade: Purity and serenity. Jade works to bring a state of tranquility, calms the nervous system, and brings wisdom rooted in tranquility. 

Glass: Glass with magic has a way of slowing down energy, with this wand it offers a slow down and be relaxed type of energy, go with the flow. 

Quality and price: The Jatoba wood carving came out smooth with wonderful grain and color. The jade settings are all set very securely, however I can notice the glue around the edges of the stone settings. Its very minor to an average crafter but I have high quality standards and it doesn't meet my high standards. Honestly, most wand buyers may not even notice these imperfections, but I need to bring them to your attention to keep my wand crafting dignity. This wand is discounted $65 for this reason.
